Maintenance Mode

I am stuck in Maintenance Mode.  The 4 digit default code 0000 does not work.  How do I reset it?

If your TV is stuck in maintenance mode, try restarting it by unplugging it from the power source for a few minutes, then plugging it back in. If the issue persists, you may need to perform a factory reset or contact customer support for further assistance.
