Is blotchy blacks normal for a the Samsung the frame 75” 2022 model?

1 month old Samsung the frame 2022 75” inch tv showing blotchy blacks (blooming).

I watched my first movie tonight and notice blotchy blacks is this normal? I saw a thread about a 2021 suffering the same thing. Wanted to know whether this is normal or requires a replacement?

You have a very bad clouding issue that is inherent to all back and edge lit TV's. If you can still return it do that otherwise start a warranty claim. The picture is awful.
