Hi,

We own a QE65QN95BATXXU, with the one connect box. My son pulled off the IR sensor at the bottom of the screen so we can't use the remote.

I assume I can source a new one, but is putting it back a difficult job?

I’m quite certain that the TV needs to be completely disassembled to repair the IR sensor. Therefore, it’s advisable to contact the service department to schedule a technician’s visit for the repair.

Use SmartThings with your Galaxy Phone and turn your Galaxy Phone as TV remote

Thanks. That's what I am doing but I have an elderly person in the house and kids who dont have phones. To be called everytime they need to use the TV is annoying.
