QLED and The Frame TVsIf the software on the television is up to date, I would recommend reaching out to HBO regarding compatible models.

QLED and The Frame TVsThanks I found the solution by myself. The problem was the regional setting in which my TV was installed. I reset it to US and the problem was solved, actually
i got a little upset after finding tons of apps that I was not enjoying. If this is helpful to anyone who is reading, search on youtube how to reset your smarthub to change the regional setting.
