QLED and The Frame TVsHey, Gblokesh, thank you for sharing this concern with us. Have these notifications been appearing since you had the TV? Since you updated the tv's firmware, have you done a power cycle on your TV? You can do this by turning off the TV and the connected source device. Unplug both devices from the wall outlet for a full 60 seconds. Plug both devices back in and turn them on. This process helps reset any glitches the TV is experiencing. Do you have an antenna connected to your TV?

QLED and The Frame TVsI have exactly the same problem and mine started 10 days ago following an automatic upgrade. I have talked to the Chatbot and have done everything that was requested of me including videoing etc. I was advised to restore factory settings on the television which caused All of my apps to lose the connection so I had to reload them all and I turned the television on this morning and itโs still doing it. I have to admit I am getting really really grumpy.

QLED and The Frame TVsYou should be able to locate the firmware version your TV is running if you go to Settings > All Settings > Support > Software Update. You should be able to see the version there. If you would like further assistance, you can always send us a private message by clicking on one of the moderators' profiles and selecting direct message.

QLED and The Frame TVs@Samsung: What is the purpose of asking customers to check the firmware version? As users, we always ensure that our TVs are running the latest software whenever an update is prompted. Many users here have already reported that this issue started after the most recent update, and there is currently no option in the TV settings to disable auto Store notifications. We expect a proper resolution from your side. This appears to be a software bug that should be addressed by your IT or development team.

QLED and The Frame TVsHi @mkchia98, We request that customers check the firmware version, because it is one of the easier steps to forget when using the television. These are some of the more common steps that we utilize to diagnose the television.
