Frame TV will not display art at all, just black screen. Night mode is turned off.

My Frame TV has never once displayed art mode. Never. It simply goes black and eventually the tv just turns on. I have tried accessing from the remote and from the art menu. Night mode is turned off already. Why isn't this working? It has NEVER worked and I'm quite unhappy about it.

Try resetting the TV and if that doesn't work file a complaint
