I have a frame 2024 55". Previously had sky Q which when you turned off the Sky Q box, left the TV with the message "check device power"
So we cancelled sky and got EETV, I now have two problems:
1. Turning on the EETV box, does not turn the TV on (I have to get the TV remote, press power twice then home then find EETV and select that from the samsung home screen... totally ridiculous)
2. Turning the EETV box leaves the TV screen with the 'check device power' message. I want the TV artwork to come on when the EETV has been turned off.
Please can anyone help because it is literally infuriating.
