I bought the new 85-inch QN90C just 5 days ago, and now both Disney+ and Hulu will not play shows. The menu content is fine; you can scroll and select videos and even click Play. But the screen goes blank, and after a couple of minutes, an error appears. I have installed the latest Samsung software version: T-PTMCAKUC-1310.3, E0301500,BT-S and I have reinstalled both apps (they are built-in, so you can't delete them). I have power cycled, reset the TV 3 times, reset the Samsung Hub 2 times, and unplugged it 3 times, and it still does not work.
All other apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, Youtube, and Max) work fine on the QN90C.
Both Disney+ and Hulu work flawlessly on my Samsung Galaxy 22, Samsung Q60R TV, and my PC - the problem is only on this TV.
I get the following errors:
Hulu Error Code: P-DEV320
Unique Error ID: player-2-32191c7c
Disney+: no error code, just a message that something is wrong.
Solved! Go to Solution.

QLED and The Frame TVsSamsung pushed update 2020 but that didn't solve the issue and broke additional apps that i had working before that last update.
I gave up on Samsung.
Purchased an Nvidia Shield Pro and not looking back!

QLED and The Frame TVsSame issue here for several months now. I spent an hour on chat with Hulu 1 or 2 months ago where they tried to gaslight me about my internet connection and a bunch of other things even though Hulu and Disney work fine on my PS5 attached to the exact same TV and internet.

QLED and The Frame TVsNoticed that the Sling app was updated about a week ago, which I installed. Didn't make any difference... still not working.

Could someone tell me what is the latest update for the Samsung Smart Tv QN55QN90C since, now I have 2020 and since my TV performed the 2011 update it was since then that my Apps stopped working that you can actually enter and the ads start but then it freezes then the errors appear like, 3044 for Para Plus, 302 for Hulu without saying more Disney Plus, Sling and Peacock other Apps work perfectly well for me, and nothing else to do that I have tried everything, I spoke with Samsung, with Hulu, Paramount Plus and only that resolving the situation in short I am still the same and I have had to cancel certain Apps, because it is painful and frustrating to pay and nothing is resolved without counting the purchase of the TV, what do you have to do to return it please š help.are they the App Providers or is it Samsung

Model Code: QN75QN90CAFXZA
Software Version: T-PTMCAKUC-0080-2011.0, E0371410, BT-S
Purchased Nov 2023
I'm having issues with three apps.
Disney+
Hulu
Peacock
All three apps will open and I can brows. However, as soon as I hit play a spinning circle appears for about 2 seconds, than the screen goes black. I can connect a Roku to this TV and stream anything I want without a problem.
I've tried absolutely everything to troubleshoot the problem. Cold boot, warm boot, completely resetting Samsung Hub, router restart. I've tried using wired connection, wireless connection, hot spot on my phone. Nothing works.
What's troubling to me is that my brother has the same TV only his is 85". His apps work fine. However, he's running a different Software version than mine.
I've called Samsung and walked through the troubleshooting. They point the finger at the apps. I've called the app companies. They point the finger at Samsung.
Can someone at Samsung please provide some real solutions?
