Connection advice for Apple TV 4K to 2022 The Frame

I want to use the Apple TV 4K as my main source with the 2022 Frame tv.
I will not be using the apps in the Frame.

should I go HDMI to HDMI ARC on the one connect box?

I have the Apple TV connected to Verizon fios via Ethernet and the Samsung connected via Wi-Fi. is the the best way to set it up?

Any other tips on set up of setting would be greatly appreciated.

The TV is the Samsung The Frame.

Put Apple in HDM 1, ARC is usually for a Soundbar
