I tried ignoring but they've only gotten brighter. Is it a panel issue? QLED 55"

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! If this is happening on all sources, this is something that will require service. Depending on your warranty, you will have a few options. 

 

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.

We have something similar happening in ours 55 as well. We aren't sure what the issue is. We're just out of warranty as well. 🙄

The worst part is that I keep bragging about the amazing picture when all I see is a bad panel. Insane lol. Time to file a claim.
