QLED and The Frame TVsHi Team,
We are very disappointed in what's happening right now. We bought our tv in 2020 and after using it for 2 years it suddenly stopped working. Please review the details below.
TV - 85" Class Q80T QLED 4K UHD HDR Smart TV (2020)
MODEL NUMBER: QN85Q80TAFXZA,
SERIAL NUMBER: <HIDDEN>
Issue - The TV was working just fine but the prior week there was a software update that ran. After a week, we noticed the TV started taking a long time to turn on and load apps. We use our TV carefully (no kids in the house too). Now the screen is black and when we plug it in, the TV will try to turn on
> there's a clicking sound
> the standby light blinks twice
> nothing happens just a black/blank screen.
Sometimes we hear the Samsung tones and QLED light logo displays on the screen.
The price of the TV was $4000.00 and not fair to be damaged just in 2 years.
Please help!

QLED and The Frame TVsI hate that this is happening to your TV! Out of curiosity, when plugging the TV back in, are you plugging it in a surge protector or a wall outlet directly? Are you able to see the menu if you press the menu buttons on the remote?
If the TV still does the same thing regardless of where it's plugged in at and you can't see anything on the screen, we recommend service. You can either private message any of the mods here or use one of the following links
