QLED and The Frame TVs

After years of working fine... today my TV is black and won't turn on.

I've tried the basic troubleshooting steps on the web  (eg. unplugged and after 30 secs plugged back in)  and I've verified that my power outlet is working just fine.

Many of the troubleshooters suggest either:
a) look at a red LED  -OR-
b) press hardware power (or other) button on the TV to confirm it's not displaying a black screen

HOWEVER -- I don't *think* my large-TV has either of these.  I don't see a red LED (and honestly I don't remember if there's normally one there when it's on) .. and when I feel the back and edges of the TV, I don't find any buttons.

I'm dead in the water and it's college football weekend!   Any suggestions/ideas?  I will try calling Samsung, but thought I'd ask here first.

QLED and The Frame TVs

Hi there, Thanks so much for reaching out about this. I definitely understand the need to get your TV in working order for all those great games. I'm providing a link below to the user manual for your model. According to pages 13 and 14, your model should have both a red power indicator light, as well as physical buttons on the bottom to operate the TV. Since you are not seeing the indicator light currently, that means the TV is not receiving power. This could be due to many reasons, including a faulty outlet or power cord. I'll leave a second link below to our guide on troubleshooting this.

1. User Manual:

Once these steps are completed, if the TV still will not power on, it will require service. There are a few options here we can take based on your warranty status.
If you’re in the one-year manufacturer’s warranty, please gather together the full model and serial number of your unit, and have ready your name, street address, 2 phone numbers (Best contact, alternative number), email, and place of purchase. Provide this information to an agent, in one of the following options below:

1. You can utilize this link to locate an authorized service center in your area to obtain estimates for repairs: http://www.Samsung.com/us/support/service/location or reach out to any local repair shop.
2. The other option, would be a replacement of the unit. Samsung.com offers amazing deals on different models that may be to your liking, check out those deals here: https://www.samsung.com/us/televisions-home-theater/tvs/all-tvs/
