Typically, the password would be all zeros, unless you were able to change it when you first got the TV and set it up. If that doesn't work, and you're still unable to purchase within the art store, there may be something preventing it, so you would need to call 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864) and ask for remote management.
