QLED and The Frame TVsMy 2022 Frame has started switching on its own from art mode to TV.
it says I have the current software 1503. Which is not even listed on Samsung’s support site under software updates.
Any ideas? Thank you

QLED and The Frame TVsI was also having the issue of the art mode flipping to live TV or whatever i had previously watched. Quite annoying really. Rather then go through all the suggested steps to get it to work, which didn't appear to work, i really only unchecked the setting for automated updates.
I came across a suggested solution via another forum. The comment made indicated that it might have something to do with the 'smart things' app. They suggested to remove the device (my tv) from the app and then reload it again. What i did was remove the device from the app and then uninstalled the app from my phone.
FTM, it appears to be staying in art mode.
9.13.2023: came home to my TV. It left art mode and was on MeTV. The fix noted above worked for a time, until it didn't.

QLED and The Frame TVsIT's a temporary fix. It will start doing it again. Rebooting will stop it for awhile then it will start all over again. Samsung keeps blaming Apple or another device attached on the HDMI ports. Well Samsung, we removed anything on HDMI port and guess what Samsung TV then turns on randomly. Ok disable it and then you get the "connect to source" screen and stays there until you force it back to art mode. Then it stops and your back to that again. Ridiculous.

QLED and The Frame TVsI have a 2023 43 inch model and I observed the same issue.
I encountered this issue for the first time shortly after applying a fix for a different issue. The other issue relates to an intermittent chirping noise which is discussed here:

The solution to that other issue was:
To be able to decline the permission, you need to go to Settings, then follow the below steps:
1. Select General & Privacy
2. Select Terms & Conditions
3. Privacy Choices
4. Select Terms and Conditions
5. Locate the User Positioning Privacy Notice
6. Deselect the user Positioning Privacy Notice then click OK"
Navigating though the menus on my TV was a little different to what is shown in the other thread. On my Frame 43 inch I found the setting here:
General & Privacy -> Terms & Privacy -> User Positioning Privacy Notice
Doing the above stopped the chirping noise but then I started to encounter the TV spontaneously switching from Art mode to TV mode.
I am going to reverse the fix for the chirping sound to see if the issue with spontaneously switching from Art to TV mode then goes away.

QLED and The Frame TVsAfter ticking the "I agree" box under
General & Privacy -> Terms & Privacy -> User Positioning Privacy Notice
I have not seen the issue re-occur.
So early indications are that this setting solves the issue.
if you are still seeing this issue then please can you confirm whether or not you have this box ticked?

QLED and The Frame TVsI have this box ticked yet still see this issue. Next I will try another suggestion in this thread: delete TV from Smart Things app; will report back if it works.

QLED and The Frame TVsThis idea is bizarre to me. What would one have to do with another? How on earth would anyone think to try unchecking a box on a completely unrelated menu.
That said, I just un-checked "I agree" (mine was already checked) to see what happens.

QLED and The Frame TVsFollow up. Unchecking "I agree" had no effect. The TV still switches itself from Art Mode to Live TV.
