2022 Frame TV switching automatically from art to tv mode

My 2022 Frame has started switching on its own from art mode to TV.

it says I have the current software 1503. Which is not even listed on Samsung’s support site under software updates.

Any ideas? Thank you

Same issue and Nothing from Samsung. Within my 2 year warranty so unless they say something, I will ask for a refund!

My friend was having this issue, and was advised to turn off the CEC / Anynet function on the television settings. 

When that did not work the next step was to purchase an adapter, as his cable box for whatever reason was sending messages to the television. The Rep stated, more than likely the provider does daily refresh of the signals or runs updates for the smart features on their box and when the unit goes into standby it'll reach out for those updates, and unknowingly sends the television the signal which is causing it to kick out of art mode.

Mine is not even connected to anything, so that rep has no idea what they're talking about.

Same issue here with my three 2022 FrameTVs.  When art mode is on for some time, they will switch to show Samsung TV Plus content without any user input.

I have disabled Samsung Plus but this is ignored by Samsung and the Frame continues to show an option for "Live TV" in the menu and continues to be shown in ads in various locations.  I have also unchecked all options under settings that is supposed to disable ads.  Samsung ignores these settings too.

Mine just updated to 1602 automatically. Guess what? It's not fixed! LOL

Adding my name to the list of affected users. No other devices connected to the TV. the 1602 update hasn't made any difference. This TV is failing in its primary function and spends most of its time as a black box on the wall, just like every other (much cheaper) TV I could have bought!

Very disappointed with my Frame TV experience. First and last Samsung.

Same issue. Nothing connected to the One Connect box. I only want to use this to display art, yet it jumps out of art mode to tell me "HDMI Cable: Disconnected". Oh how badly I want this to just do the one thing it's supposed to do.

Someone asked for a recommendation to have a photo wall with 4 of these, and at the moment I can't recommend this pain to them or I'll spend all my time apologizing and helping them troubleshoot.
