QLED and The Frame TVsModel QN43LS03BAFXZC
Tried it watching Netflix or Disney using the built-in apps. It starts ok but after a while there the sound and image are not sync anymore
No soundbar, just tv speakers
Already went to settings and reset the sound but didn't fix the problem.

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! I understand how having this audio issue can be a cause for concern. I would recommend checking your internet speeds and to make sure nothing is downloading or using most of your bandwidth while watching these apps. As slower internet speeds can cause this issue to occur. If this is not occurring on any external devices then I would recommend calling your Internet Service Provider.
