My UN55D6005SFXZA has corrupt firmware i believe and there is no updated firmware available, it comes on for 5 sec shows the tizen boot screen then shuts off. i just need the original (since there is no updated) firmware to put on a usb stick and turn on tv. support refuses to give me the file.. anyone else have any suggestions?
i have been there they want to send out a tech for a 14 yr old tv im not paying for that when i am more than capable of flashing a firmware if someone would just provide it. it seems like samsung is not very self repair friendly.
I apologize, I was actually referring to the link found in the "Update Using USB" section. Once you enter your TV’s model number, it’ll guide you to the latest downloadable software updates available for your device. From there, you can manually update your TV via USB. Hope this helps!
