TV needs recall-Screen turns black but stays on

I have a one year old Samsung smart tv that suddenly stops working. The screen turns black and wont turn off. I tried power reset and the screen is still black with flickering colors at the bottom. Then theres a white light on the lower right of the screen when I touch it. That part of the screen was really hot and burn my thumb.

What is happening, this is just a year old tv.
