Mountain Men channel suddenly in Spanish

EDIT: this is happening in the Samsung TV plus app and I do not have cable TV or a cable box to reset

I have a UHL tv so I selected this category since it’s not LED. I hope I am in the right place. I have exhausted all options that I have found online. My model number is UN43TU8000fxza.

I was watching mountain men channel and I didn’t touch the remote or anything, and the programming is now in Spanish. In the expert section of the sound settings, I am not able to choose any other languages as the option is grayed out so I cannot follow the suggestions previously provided in other posts.

the commercials are still in English. What should I do to make the program be in English again. Nothing in the guide suggests that this is a Spanish program and the episode description is totally in English. I tried exiting out of the app and restarting it and unplugging the TV and plugging it back in. Thanks for your ideas

It sounds like SAP (Second Audio Program) has somehow been activated. Do you see anything in settings regarding that function? Alternatively, have you tried looking within the Samsung TV app itself?

As mentioned, there is no button on the remote for SAP and the settings app under sound and then expert only offers three sections. The section that would address language is grayed out so it could not have been changed. Nothing could’ve been suddenly changed if I’m sitting and just watching a show and I walk back in the room and it’s in Spanish and I don’t live with anyone. There is no SAP available anywhere in any of the settings. My TV is the smallest model and tends to not have as many options as bigger TVs. The only option that could possibly be related is grayed out and not available to select either to turn it on or turn it off. I wasn’t using any settings and I wasn’t using the remote and the show is the suddenly in Spanish. 

ironically, when I came back to the TV two days later, it was an English again. I’m wondering if it’s possible that perhaps they offer the show in Spanish on the channel that is exclusively dedicated to the mountain man programming from time to time, but failed to say so in the guide. I’ve begun to suspect that this might be the case.
