My 27" Viewfinity S9 is not recognizing the camera. In both the built in camera app as well as with a computer connected to the computer, it does not realize there is a SlimFit camera connected to the monitor. I removed it from the monitor and plugged it directly into the computer with a USB cable and the camera is working but the connectors on the back of the monitor seem clean. Thoughts?
