While I'm using this monitor, maybe once a week or so, a big box comes up that says there's a network error with the options to troubleshoot or cancel. It almost exclusively comes up while I'm in the middle of a game.
I never want to know that my monitor can't connect to the internet for a few seconds. Like most people, this monitor is connected to a computer that does not have issues connecting to the internet. I only have the monitor connected for updates.
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Depending on the exact model this can and will occur. As some models can also double as a smart TV and have apps directly played on them and will need an active internet connection.
