Just picked up a Neo G8 monitor yesterday and have had nothing but issues. It seems to be that the standby/sleep mode activates way too quickly. When hooked up to a PS5 the monitor goes into standby mode and then comes back on within a few seconds whenever launching a game. When hooked up to an Xbox Series X, it goes into a standby loop when launching a game making it unplayable. Have used multiple cables and updated the firmware and the issue persists.
Any solutions? Or is the solution returning the monitor and going with a different brand?
Hello @Liebetrau88! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend making sure the monitor is up-to-date. After that, if It's still occurring, a return/exchange would be recommended as this is happening on the first day of ownership.
