Samsung G9 LS49CG954ENXZA ports dying.

So far my Displayport and HDMI 1 port are dead.  They no longer will receive signal from my computer.  HDMI 2 still works.

I need to get this fixed.

What part do I need to replace to fix them, or does Samsung send technicians out to repair?  How does that process work?

This probably won't be covered by warranty, unfortunately, as the house was hit by lightning--and I believe in honesty and full disclosure.

Found a listing on EBay for your main board: Search for Samsung LS49CG954ENXZA Monitor Main Board BN41-03198

Youtube videos for LS49CG954ENXZA tear down are available for removing the back panel to replace the board.

Oh wow, you think the main board needs to be replaced, not the ports?

Edit:  Nevermind, looked at the main board pics, seems they are all part of that board.
