seems  my nvme CAN ONLY WRITE  448 MB  and  1mb 4k  its really extreme  slow  is my nvme broken  ? 

other nvme don't have that prob

Try reducing the amount of data on the drive to 90% capacity,  empty the Recycle Bin and try again.

Have you tried using the Samsung Magician software? This tool should let you run a diagnostic and a performance benchmark and should let you know if there is anything wrong.

Try running a performance benchmark and send pictures of your result and the drive's health status shown in Samsung Magician.
