Hello there, We understand your concern regarding connecting the TV and would like to assist you. We recommend performing our general troubleshooting steps listed below:
- unplug both the TV and your router as this will be a soft reset (wait approx. 30 mins)
- check your router's internet connection with another device to ensure the service is active and working
* If the device(s) are not connected to the internet, then the issue is most likely with your router and not your TV. In this case, you will need to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
-Reset your network from the Settings menu under Network
- factory reset the TV from the Settings menu under General & Privacy (default pin is 0000)
Once you've performed the recommended steps and the issue is still present, this will require service. You can set up a service repair ticket here https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/, or you can Private Message any moderator by selecting and clicking on the chat option with your full model and serial number.
