Just set up my new OLED G9 49" on my PC with a Geforce RTX 2060, encountered two issues immediately:
Display Port does not work - it registers a signal but black screen
Jog switch does not appear to be working correctly, especially left (source selection) and up (functional menus). As a result, I can't access the monitor's settings. I've tried power cycling.
Any advice would be appreciated before I initiate a return.
Sorry to hear your having this issue if the buttons won't function correctly and the display port won't display a picture I would suggest contacting support to see what they may be able to do before starting the return process
