I initially purchased the LS49CG954SNXZA which is the G95SC I think and the 5120x1440 was native resolution but not sure on the refresh rate.  I did not like the curvature because I think it is too shallow at 1800R but have purchased the LS49CG954ENXZA which has a curvature of 1000R and I think it is the G95C but it is only giving me a 3840x1080 native.  If I set the LS49CG954ENXZA to 5120x1440 the refresh rate drops to 60hz.  My graphics card is the Nvidia Geforce RTX 3080.  I am using the same displayport cable for both monitors.

Why would one monitor have a native resolution of 5120x1440 and the other only 3840x1080?

Both monitors say they support 5120x1440 @ 240hz.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you testing this with both monitors connected at the same time or a single monitor at a  time?

Sorry, just saw this.

One monitor at a time.  Funny thing is, it all of suddenly changed.  I pulled it up to show my daughter and it literally jumped to 5120x1440 @ 240hz and native as she was standing there.  She said it was due to her presence.

Not sure what was going on but now it seems to be working just fine.
