I own a 32" G51C monitor. LS32CG512ENXZA is the serial number. I bought this monitor from Best Buy in the US about 9 months ago.
I am having a problem with it and went to check the warranty. Unfortunately, the samsung website is saying there is no warranty information and I need to contact the country that the monitor was purchased from?
I bought this monitor in the US and live in the US. It was advertised with a 1 year warranty..

Best Buy will say to contact Samsung for warranty service.

Agreed. But if they paid with a Best Buy card, sometimes there's an extended warrenty through them or replacement options or special offers. Such as:
"Customers can shop with peace of mind with easy returns.
