Hello,
My new 49'' Samsung Odyssey G9 S49CG954EU does not auto-switch between devices. I had numerous monitors over the years and even the cheapest ones had this feature working. I also see plenty of reports on your forums about this issue and no answer on your end. This is a shame.
Please provide a fix ASAP.
Thank you.

Monitors and MemoryFrom the Manual: Auto Source Switch
By activating, a new connected source is displayed automatically.
ā This function may not be supported depending on the model or geographical area.
According to this sparse info it will not auto switch between existing connections.
Disconnecting from the monitor and reconnecting should trigger the auto switch.
Possibly with a KVM?

Monitors and MemoryThat is a simple feature that has been working on monitors like, forever. My **bleep**ty 100ā¬ monitor can auto-switch, please don't tell me my fancy 900ā¬ monitor cannot do it? Whatever it is called or the manual says.
Also, what is a KVM?

Monitors and MemoryIn the System menu, I only have Auto Source Switch+, which is enabled. I have seen it to detect source change once, but most of the time, it does not switch sources, even though it is capable of showing which sources are active.
It is sad to give a basic feature a fancy name and to see it fail miserably on such a high-end product...

Monitors and MemoryI did google it, and apparently my model does not have any. I am still expecting an official answer about this basic feature. Also, i'm not sure why you reply to those threads? You are absolutely not helping and not from Samsung, so why bother?
