This bright streak appears when the brand new Ark is powered on, it persists regardless of source or cable used. We've tried picture test, HDMI test, updating firmware, etc. The bright patch can be 'diminished' with contrast adjustment, but is still present no matter. Any thoughts? Thank you in advance!
