I just purchased a set of Shotz Openrun Pro 2 headphones and am noticing some lag with TV voices? I have updated firmware in both devices. Has anyone else had this issue and can it be fixed? If I turn off one or both devices and turn them back on its helps sometimes but not always. Sometimes the lag still exists,.
Hello! Thank you for reaching out. I would recommend trying the headphones on another device to see if the issue persists. Compatibility issues can also cause this to occur.
