I have a Samsung TV model UN55MU6490F and cannot use the remote to go to setting or to choose TV or internet. Have reset it to original twice. It works for awhile then it starts same problem. When I choose settings it jumps the the Samsung plus or Antenna 3 and I cannot use the source button or on/off button without disconnecting TV from outlet.
