I just purchased a model UN50U7900FFXZA. No single app loads repeatedly the same way. Apps will either load 1) instantly and be already past the profile select, 2) load to the profile select screen, or 3) show a twirling animation, then load to the profile select.
Why do apps not load the same way each time (preferably without that animation lag)? Is this normal for Samsung Tizen OS?
I've reset things and cleared caches but to no avail. I am running 500Mbps internet via a tri-band router. PS: I am used to Roku loading the same way and instantly (fast).
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Unfortuanly, this can and will happen. As the apps are programmed a little differently for each OS. And different specs will have different out outcomes, and different apps will have different outcomes also.
