I turned on my tv today and it opens on the source scree as it always does.  I hit the source button and it opens my apps but will not let me choose an app.  It just backs itself out back to the source screen.  I have unplugged it and reset the modem but no luck.  TV worked fine last night.  Is there a factory reset or software update  I need ?
