LED and OLED TVsHi there, Thanks so much for asking about this. It looks like the TV is not detecting anything in the One Connect port. Check out this link to a similar issue posted in our QLED board:
However, I'd like to note that your model is not pulling up as a US model, and support for US products is the focus of this forum. As your device is a non-US model information is severely limited.
