Every time my mom turns on her TV in her bedroom it's on a channel called s o c k I think it's channel 205 and it's some adult animated horror channel every single time she turns on her TV. When she goes to sleep at night she's definitely not watching anything like that and she usually has the timer on and it goes off but every time she turns it on when she goes to bed it's on that channel 205 or SOCK adult animation and to top it off the volume changes itself to twice as loud as she had it when she went to bed. This is driving her and myself crazy is there any way we can fix this?
Ya, mine does that also sometimes. Also, if I was watching Prime Streaming or whatever and exiting the app, it will automatically always go to samsung tv. It had never done that until about a year, maybe. I think it might have something to do with a firmware update.
I encountered a similar issue. If my memory serves me correctly, I deactivated Samsung TV in the settings some time ago. Even after uninstalling the app from my TV, it reappeared. Have you already tried checking your settings, navigating to smart features, and disabling the Samsung TV Plus auto-run option?
