My 50" tv is heating up my bedroom. is there anyway i can help cool it down? right now it is on a tv stand about 4 feet away from the wall (back of tv). I have the brightness turned to energy saving mode so it's not that bright. I was thinking of mounting it on the wall.

i'm an introvert with a spinal injury so i spend most of the day in my bedroom playing video games, so it is on most of the day.

TVs generate a tremendous amount of heat (the larger the TV, the more heat), so if you have a small room and keep the TV on most of the day, it's going to heat the room. You could try placing a small table fan next to the TV to direct heat away from you. But a TV that size is gonna heat your room.
