For the last several months, my remote has not worked properly. If I am watching TV for a period of time without touching my remote, then realize I have to rewind, change the channel, etc. the remote does NOT work. I literally have to press the HOME button on the remote to take me back to the TV's home page, go back to the APP I was watching and then it will let me use the other buttons. Does anyone have a solution for this?
Have you tried a factory reset on your Solar Remote? To do this simply, press and hold the "Return" and "Enter" (center of the navigation pad) buttons for 10 seconds. After the reset, you'll need to re-pair the remote with your TV.
