Smart remote circle button not working

The circle button bottom on smart remote will not go back to the channel guide, all the other buttons are working fine.

Hi there, Thanks so much for posting about this. I can definitely understand the need to have all the buttons on your remote working properly. I have a couple links that might help with this. The first link has in depth information about the features and functions of the Smart Remote. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01207384/

The second link has detailed steps you can take if one or more buttons is not responding. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01202543/

However, if this does not resolve the issue, could you provide the model number for the TV the remote came with? Also, could you confirm exactly which button you are pressing? Lastly, any additional information about the symptoms you're experiencing would be appreciated.
