Samsung TV no memory issue

My Samsung TV is only a couple years old. It keeps giving me a message that there is no memory and that I need to delete apps. I deleted apps and cleaned out what I could, the message is still there. I called Samsung IT, they said I needed to buy more memory. Why pay so much for a TV just to add memory even after deleting apps? I'm starting to feel like some of the people that have made negative comments on here.

I have a few samsung smart tv's. I had a similar problem and was given the same answer. One thing you can do is use a firestick, which has its own memory to free up what's on the TV but ultimately, I did a total factory reset on my smart TV and ask the problems went away. Good luck.

Go into device care on the tv and run it. It will free up alot of space by deleting all the old caches

The apps could be taking up lots of storage than it seems.
