The technical specifications for your model UN85DU7200DXZA (Costco) https://mobilecontent.costco.com/live/resource/img/static-us-pdf/9485072-SpecSheet.pdf
mention the following.

Amazon, Alexa, and all related logos are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. This service may not yet be available at the time of purchase of this product.

Try activating Alexa on your TV first, maybe the app will appear after that. Settings > General & Privacy > Voice  > Voice Assistant and select Amazon Alexa. If Alexa activation is not available, it means that it does not work on your TV yet and you need to wait for an update.

Before 2020, connecting a Samsung TV to Alexa required adding the TV as a smart home device in SmartThings, enabling Alexa as a skill, and only then could Alexa control the TV.

In TVs after 2020, Alexa is built into the TV.

If you can't find the Alexa app, your TV may be pre-2020.
