I have a Samsung AU8000 and occasionally I am not able to adjust the sound from the remote or the remote from the app. The only way I have found to fix the problem is to unplug the tv and plug back in. This issue seems to be happening more frequently, so I am wondering if anyone has any other suggestions for a fix. Thank you.

LED and OLED TVsMy apologies. Has the TV's software been updated? Also, just out of curiosity, do you have anything blocking the bottom of the TV? If not and the TV is updated a factory reset on the TV would be recommended.

LED and OLED TVsHi there, Thanks so much for posting about this. That does sound annoying. First, have you confirmed the software for both the TV and soundbar are up to date? Also, could you provide the type of TV and connection you're using? Lastly, have you had any other symptoms or issues?

LED and OLED TVsThank you for getting back to me. I am not using a soundbar, it is directly through the TV. It is a Samsung AU8000 65".
