I ordered a Samsung tv model: UA43DU7000KLXL

From reliance jio digital online store but I didn't get any stand base or mounts not the screws

I again contacted delivery agent from Delhivery but he said that the technician will have it.

But the technician also said that he doesn't have it.

It's been very frustrating already the delivery was also late.
