I received tv yesterday. We can hear the setup music but the screen is black. Tv doesn’t stay on. we unplugged tv and held power button for 30” then waited an hour and plugged back in. We plugged in another appliance into the outlet and the outlet works. we charged remote. Nothing worked. tv is brand new from box. any ideas what this could be?
