LED and OLED TVsI’ve noticed my prime video app is Version 9.0.0 It’s last update was on 2018. All other apps have recent updates, most from this year 2025. Is this normal for the prime video app on Samsung tizen systems? My tv is a 2019 Samsung Q60R.

LED and OLED TVsIf what @MrGhoul doesn't work, you will need to reach out to the Amazon Prime app developers directly. It's possible that your TV will no longer be supported as it's considered older, but I can't say for certain. The app developers will be able to provide further assistance.
