Hey everyone,

 

If you’re reading this, i’ve owned my S95D for 12 months and 26 days, and I just had my second major power board failure. The TV is completely dead—it won't turn on at all.

 

I spent $3,500 on this TV new. Six months ago (when I was still under warranty), techs came out and swapped the power board. They even told me this was a "common issue" with the 2024 models but claimed the new part fixed it. Clearly, it didn't.

 

Now I’m out of luck because I'm technically 26 days out of warranty and I have to now get a service tech out to my house again and pay for it this time

so i made the consumer fraud division aware of Samsung practices of knowingly selling a bad product its a bad tv n is not getting better product failure n a failure to advise customers of the reoccurring issue bad look for Samsung very disappointed

REALLY REALLY disappointed with Samsung very unethical they know they have a bad tv i have submitted a claim with the consumer protection n the seniors hot line lets see if we can get any help from anyone didn't think i would have to do this just to watch a tv
