Pairing my phone screen to TV

I'm unable to change my Samsung TV input to mobile cast. ?? How do I get there? It shows shows the option but I can't scroll down to it from the remote.

You don't have to click Mobile cast to cast your screen, you just have to look for on your phone and click it

I've had this issue once and it was because someone else's device was connected to the smart tv with smart things. Once they disconnected, I was able to.

To cast from your mobile to your Samsung TV, ensure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network. On your TV remote, press the Home button and navigate to Source, then select Screen Share or Mobile Cast. On your mobile device, use Smart View or Screen Mirroring to find and select your TV. If you can’t scroll to the option, try restarting both the TV and your mobile device.
