LED and OLED TVsI located a 3.5 mm output socket at the back of my S90C TV even though every discussion and user manual says there isn’t one or doesn’t mention one. However when I connected my Sennheiser wireless headset to it, no sound comes through and neither is TV speaker cut off. Does this mean the socket is not active? Or how can I get it to work?

LED and OLED TVsThank you for using the Samsung Member's Community and thank you for your question regarding your Samsung Television.
"Line Out (or Line Output) is an audio port that is used to send line-level audio signals from one audio device to another. On the other hand, Headphone Out is an audio port that delivers an amplified line-level signal meant to drive headphones."

Thank you for using the Samsung Member's Community and thank you for your question regarding your Samsung Television's Audio Line Output Jack.
Using your headphones without amplification will not yield sound through your headphones from your Samsung Television. That's also why you found your Samsung Television Audio (TV Speakers) drops out because the jack on the back of your Samsung Television is Audio Line-Out.
