I purchased an open box TV from Best Buy and it didn't come with the one connect box. I emailed Samsung and I found out they no longer stock it and I haven't been lucky in my search. Anyone have ideas on how to find this part?
The part number of the one connect box is BN91-24929S.
This was $1800 off and I purchased it yesterday, so if I can't find the box, I can return it.
I would suggest returning it if it’s no longer in stock your options are limited to eBay to get it and I wouldn’t recommend that.

How common is it to have issues with the box? I'm wondering if the TV is worth buying as it seems useless if the box breaks. I don't want to buy the TV and in 5 years the box is no longer working and now the whole thing is dead.
I’ve seen people post on here from time to time that it’s went bad and it can’t be located anywhere
