Greetings Samsung Community,
I hope this message finds you well. Last week, my S95C OLED television underwent a software update, transitioning to the new ONE UI app interface. Since this update, I've been experiencing some troubling issues. First, the app hub (HOME Page) is frozen, making it impossible to navigate through my applications. The apps buttons on the Samsung TV will load the Netflix, Prime etc. I can get other apps to load, but only using the Alexa voice controls. But the hub software is not working since the ONE UI update.
Where would I post SW Update issues or feedback
I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve these issues or the best steps to take moving forward.
Thank you!

LED and OLED TVsIāve had multiple visits from technicians that have repeatedly moved HDMI cables from port to port, completed factory soft and hard resets and nothing has worked. There was not one single issue with the TV prior to the ā2011ā software update - which is when it suddenly stopped functioning properly. A fix is required immediately, as for now I have a few thousand dollar black picture frame on the wall. Not happy at all with Samsungās response and lack of information on this.
TV Model: S95C

LED and OLED TVsTo add to this, version 2020.2 was released on January 8, 2025 - supposedly as a āhot fixā for this issue. The same issues as before continue to persist and my apple tv box and PS5 still do not connect. Well done Samsung, this couldnāt be more embarrassingā¦
When will there be a solution to this???

LED and OLED TVsSolution for Apple TV & PS5 Connection issue after update v2020.2:
Purchased an āultra high-speed HDMI cableā from āRocketFishā which immediately resolved the connectivity issue.
This is a software update issue that resulted in a normal HDMI cable no longer being able to handle the strength needed to connect to the TV. Make sure your software is updated and the SmartHub is fully restored to avoid issues.

LED and OLED TVsGave up and bought a Google TV Streamer yesterday. Sucks to have to spend the extra money, but I'd rather do that than endure any more of Samsung's indifference. Was never happy with Tizen OS anyway. Good luck everybody.

LED and OLED TVsSame issue on S90c OLED since v 2011 update. I did discover workaround to play content I must cast to TV from iPhone using the Peacock App.

LED and OLED TVsIt would be great to hear from Samsung that they actually recognize the problem and are working on it. This is absurd and so disrespectful to their customers. Push out fix already!

LED and OLED TVsI have the same issues and Samsung can't fix it. Some workarounds: For Hulu, open the Internet app from the Hub and go to Hulu that way. For Paramount+ use the Prime Video app if you have Prime. For Peacock, connect a computer with HDMI. Bottom line: Lesson learned, don't expect Tizen to be any good. If you buy a Samsung be ready to also buy a good streaming device. I won't get another Samsung.

LED and OLED TVsHaving the same problem. I have two QN85C's, both received updates. One is fine and other will not let video play on Hulu, Peacock or Disney plus. I have literally factory reset the TV five times without a fix. All other apps are fine. I am ready to return this unit. I contacted Samsung customer service and they told me to call the apps. I think I will return this TV, it cost too much for me to watch a TV that I cannot use.
